Ready to make your research participant recruitment simple?
What are the main differences
The number of messages that researchers are able to send, and the number of research participants that each message can be sent to. For example, the Enterprise Extended subscription allows researchers to send up to 20 messages for each subscription period (1 month), and each message can go to up to 2,000 research participants.
This means that your research participant recruitment messages (assuming the Enterprise Extended subscription) can go to up to 40,000 research participants.
All enterprise subscriptions also include advanced message statistics showing you exactly how many people opened your messages, as well as how many links were clicked- allowing you to assess the effectiveness of your messages.
How are Subscriptions Billed?
All FindParticipants Enterprise subscriptions are automatically renewed, and may be cancelled at any time from the bottom of the Payments & Billing page in your researcher account.
What forms of payment do you accept?
How secure is my data?
VERY. All data and payments are encrypted and transmitted using full SSL encryption.
What is PCI
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of requirements designed to ensure that ALL companies that process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment. Essentially any merchant that has a Merchant ID (MID).
The Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) was launched on September 7, 2006 to manage the ongoing evolution of the Payment Card Industry (PCI) security standards with focus on improving payment account security throughout the transaction process. The PCI DSS is administered and managed by the PCI SSC (www.pcisecuritystandards.org), an independent body that was created by the major payment card brands (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB.).×
